Personal Data Processing Consent
This document sets out the conditions under which the Data Controller processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").
By providing your personal data through the forms on the website transcripto.eu, you confirm that you have read this document and give your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of your personal data under the conditions set out below.

In the course of your use of the website transcripto.eu and your interaction with us, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- First and last name — provided by you when filling out contact forms or requesting a demonstration.
- Email address — used to communicate with you regarding your inquiries, platform demonstrations, and service delivery.
- Phone number — used for prompt communication regarding your requests.
- Industry / field of activity — used to understand your needs and prepare a relevant proposal.
- IP address — collected automatically when you visit the website, for security and analytics purposes.
- Cookies and website activity data — collected automatically through technical means to improve website performance and analyse user experience.
We do not process special categories of personal data (data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health status, etc.).
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Communication regarding demonstrations and services — processing your requests for platform demonstrations, providing information about features and pricing plans, and responding to your inquiries.
- Performance of contractual obligations — preparing commercial proposals, entering into and performing contracts for the provision of Transcripto platform services.
- Website improvement and analytics — analysing user behaviour on the website to improve its structure, content, and user experience, as well as optimising marketing communications.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR — your freely given consent, provided by filling out forms on the website and/or ticking the corresponding consent checkbox.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Where a contract has been concluded between you and the Data Controller, the processing of data necessary for its performance is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, strictly to the extent necessary to achieve the stated processing purposes:
- Hosting providers — for hosting and ensuring the operation of the website and server infrastructure.
- Email service providers — for sending you correspondence in the course of processing your requests and communications.
- Web analytics services — for collecting anonymised website usage statistics.

- Data related to contract performance — for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention period for accounting and tax documentation.

Once the processing purpose has been achieved or the specified retention periods have expired, personal data is deleted or anonymised. In the event of consent withdrawal, data is deleted within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days, except where further retention is necessary to fulfil the Data Controller's legal obligations.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed, as well as access to the data itself and information about the conditions of its processing.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — you have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete data.
- Right to erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR) — you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data where grounds provided for by the GDPR exist.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) — you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your data in certain cases provided for by the GDPR.
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller.
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR) — you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, please send a request to the following email address: info@transcripto.eu. We will respond to your request within 30 (thirty) calendar days of its receipt.
8. Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. To do so, please send a written notification by one of the following methods:
- By email: send a message to info@transcripto.eu with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". In your message, please include your name and the email address you used when filling out forms on the website.
- By post: send a written statement to the following address: Runpay Solutions SIA, Pirts iela 13-50, Riga, Latvia, LV-1003.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal notification, we will cease processing your personal data within 30 (thirty) calendar days, except where further processing is necessary to fulfil legal obligations or to protect the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.
The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing of personal data carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
9. Voluntariness of Consent
The provision of personal data and the granting of consent to their processing are entirely voluntary.
You have the right to refuse to provide personal data and/or to grant consent to their processing without any adverse consequences. However, the Data Controller may be unable to contact you to provide information about the Transcripto platform, process your demonstration request, or prepare a commercial proposal.
The refusal to grant consent or its subsequent withdrawal shall not result in any penalties, restrictions, or other adverse consequences.
