Where is the data stored and who can access it?

Data storage depends on your deployment choice: cloud, private cloud or your own infrastructure. Only your company has access to the data. In Private Cloud and On-prem deployments, locally hosted processing models are used; external cloud LLM services are not required.

Can we start without integrations?

Yes. You can upload calls, audio and video manually via the dashboard for a quick start. Integrations with telephony, CRM and other systems can be enabled later.

What data types are supported?

Transcripto supports call recordings and audio files, video (meetings, interviews, workshops) and text chats/messages. Everything is transcribed, analysed and stored in a single system.

Do you support multiple languages?

Yes. The platform supports multilingual transcription and translation, which is ideal for international teams and markets.

What’s included in the demo?

In the demo you’ll see data upload and processing, analytics and reports, QA monitoring, search and dashboards, examples of recommendations and meeting summaries. The demo can be done on sample data or on your real conversations.

Is Transcripto suitable for small businesses?
